    Description

    This is a local us and canadian buyers only.  I have been burned recently by buyers from China. They buy but dont pay.  USA residents and canadians.  There is a video on youtube showi g this machine going through a B&W program usibg water. Just go to youtube and type in Jobo
    This sale is a local pickup.  I can band it to a pallet & you send. a freight truck for pickup.  It woulds ship on a standard 48X40" pallet.
    I will post the total weight after I  band it to a pallet.
    ATL2 plus.This is a clean JOBO Autolab 2 Plus.  It was completely gone through by Dave Smith Electro-mechanical services.
    I have now tested this awesome jobo ATL2 Plus myself, Jay Overmoen & all of the jobos functions are working correctly.  Temp sensor in first bottle as well as the temperature control for the main bath.  The air pump does not squeak. The calibration of chemical quantity used is still perfect on this machine, It was calibrated and is inside JOBO factory specifications,
    There is a major difference between this machine and a regular or original ATL2.  It is far far more sturdy using 3X thicker plastic for the frame or base  approximately 2" thick, on this ATL2Plus JOBO rotary tube processor.
    Another Plus for this machine is that it has a built in 1000 watt heater.   The next great thing about this model of Jobo ATL2plus  is that it is 120 volts & only uses 1300 watts total electricity. There are two Power cables soldered into the electronics & or power supply.
    1 is used for a battery backup in the event of a power failure the process will complete. The second cord is for the heater and motors pumps etc..
    Despite the fact there is a heater in the machine. The Jobo manual still recommends using tempered water into the tempered water line in. And cold water into the cold water inlet.

    no drums included with this processor
    , it does includes a 1200 DPI laser copy  of both the
    operators manual & a
    copy of the
    Service manual.
    Another awesome feature of this ATL2 Plus processor is you can pre-heat 6 more separate chemical bottles just behind where the drum rotates in the water trough. Those bottles are not included.
    This processor does include 6 new drain bottles not shown in my photos.  They go on the bottom left hand side of this machine.
    I used a regular ATL2 for over 5 years and JOBO was wise to move the chemical drain bottles to the front.  I remember with the original ATL2 you had to reach around the left side of the machine to grab your bottles. This design is much more convenient.
    Another great thing about this JOBO ATL2 Plus is that you can put larger drain buckets that do not need dumping down below the machine as often. The JOBO German engineers have drain holes that allow more than 1 liter of chemicals to be save or replenished or dumped below where the 1 liter bottles go on the front left hand side of the Processor.
    This sale is a local pickup in Cedar City, Utah 84721.  I will only ship this item by your freight company.  The machine would get utterly destroyed going  with UPS or Fedex ground. In order to protect the machine, it must remain upright banded to a pallet.
    The only other issue is Im lacking 2 covers.  I have a ATL3 chemical bottles cover I'am including. It's not a perfect fit but keeps the heat in for better faster tempering of the chemicals.
    2 people can lift this machine pretty easily despite its weight 66# empty net weight shown in the specifications page with the images or photos.  The weight of a standard pallet is 40#.

    If you are considering buying a different ATL than mine, then I would highly suggest you ask the question as to, "When was the last time a chemical distribution calibration test was run & calibrated?  I can also include the calibration test. I think it may even be on the JOBO web site.  The cost to palletize this machine is 5.00
    If I come up with more critical data pertaining to this particular machine, i will post more information into my description.
    PS I have purchased 6 pre-owned 1 liter drain bottles that are included with this machine. I made a mistake earlier when I said they were new.
